When I installed Adobe CC 2015, I was pretty excited! but then once the update was finished about half of the Adobe icons on my desktop were blank! I figured out how to fix this issue in 7 simple steps.
Step 1:
Right click on an Adobe icon that is blank, at the bottom of the drop down menu, click on 'properties'
Step 2:
This window will come up
Step 3:
In the 'Target' field you will find the location of the program, except it will still be looking for a 2014 folder, which no longer exists.
Step 4:
Change the '2014' to '2015'
Step 5:
Repeat this action for the'Start in' field. Find where it says '2014' and change it to '2015'
Step 6:
Click 'OK' and the icon should have returned.
Step 7:
Repeat step 1-6 for all other icons that are blank. This should restore all of your icons to their former glory.
I hope this helped!
