Frankly I had forgotten this game even existed, it had such a large amount of hype! then it all just disappeared! after a few months I remembered it and wondered if it was being continued on, as it happened, it was being worked on, and is available to buy as an Alpha (for approx $25 AUD)
On first entering the game, as the wiki suggested, I died a lot... I mean a LOT! I found that everything in the game was stronger than me, anything that I stood a remote chance against only gave me 1xp upon killing it. Once I got to level 2, made some potions and found a city, my fighting skill, power and confidence were raised enough to be better at battle. I'm still not the strongest thing in the world, but I sure ain't the weakest ;)
I recently emailed the developer of Cube World asking if they allow video monetization, of they do you can bet your bottom dollar that you will be seeing a lot of this!
